Blue Ox Becomes Primary Sponsor of Nascar Craftsman Truck

Lafferty Motorsports announced that Blue Ox has agreed to become the primary sponsor of the #89 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Chuck Maitlen. Team owner Chris Lafferty was excited about the partnership. “The ability to team up with a great company like Blue Ox is fantastic. Blue Ox’s reputation is stellar and we are proud to be a part of the Blue Ox family”, stated Lafferty. The #89 Blue Ox Chevrolet will debut at Bristol Motor Speedway on August 23rd, 2006. Driver Chuck Maitlen is looking forward to the race in Bristol. “I can’t wait to get to Bristol and see the Blue Ox Chevrolet on the track. It is a pleasure to represent the customers and employees of Blue Ox”, said Maitlen.

Jay Hesse, president of Blue Ox, was equally enthusiastic. “I’m glad to be a partner with Lafferty Motorsports and Chuck Maitlen. We started our NASCAR sponsorship in Bristol three years ago, beginning with the Blue Ox Campground at Bristol Dragway. Bristol is a favorite track of our customers and we are thrilled to have Chuck driving our truck in the race”, said Hesse.
